We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you send a quote request or email us, that usually includes your name, email address, and any phone number or project details you add. We don’t ask for payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use your information for one thing: to reply to your message, prepare your quote, and carry out any work you ask us to do. We may keep a copy of our correspondence so we can pick up where we left off on future orders.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked us to. Your details stay with our small family team and the everyday tools we use to run the business, such as our email provider.
Cookies & tracking
This website doesn’t use tracking cookies or advertising tools, and it doesn’t build a profile of you. If we add basic visitor analytics later, we’ll update this page to say so.
